Our Design Process :

Initial Interview:

During this stage of the project we will discuss the basic conceptual ideas for you website. We will get an idea of color schemes, potential layouts, and possible images that fit your site. In this stage an idea of what your organization does will aide in helping to find creative ways of representing you and your organization in an online presentation.

Image Collection:

The graphics used in the website are important in creating a mental picture of your organization. During this stage we will work to collect images that represent your company. Any media you can provide will be collected and converted to a digital format if necessary. Pamphlets, flyers, business cards, letterhead, and other printed material can help define a graphical image for your organization. At this point we will begin to investigate stock images available that may be suitable for you site. Intersine works closely with a local photographer for clients who have photographic needs, photographic work will require an additional charge.

Draft Presentation:

We will take the ideas and concepts discussed in the first phase of the project and create a visual representation. Mock up images of potential site layouts and colors will be generated. These mock ups will be presented in an online format for you to view. We will then work with you to isolate what you like and don't like about the mock ups and work towards fine-tuning them into an ideal site. During this stage some stock images used may contain a watermark until we determine what images will be used.

Copy Generation:

This stage of the project involves the collection of text to be used in your website. In most cases the client will provide the text that will be used in the site. For client's needing additional copy, Intersine can provide this service for an additional charge.

Site Development:

Once we have developed a graphical layout of the site and copy has been collected we will begin piecing it all together to create the final product.

Final Presentation:

Once the site is developed we will present it to you for final review. This is the time where we will make minor changes to the site and ensure that everything is ready to go live.

Web Site Launch:

At this point we will upload the site into its final location and it will be live on the Internet.
